Use our simple size chart below to find the base price of your desired custom patch style, whether it’s for custom embroidered patches, personalised velcro patches, or iron-on logos. With clear measurements, we ensure you receive an accurate quote—no surprises, just precision.

Calculate Your Patch Size

Calculating the size of your patch is quick and simple. Measure the height and width of your patch in inches, then follow these steps:

Add the height and width together.
Divide the total by 2 to determine the size category for pricing.

For example:

A patch that’s 2″ high and 4″ wide would calculate as follows: 2″ + 4″ = 6″. Divide 6″ by 2 to get a patch size of 3″.

This method helps us give you an accurate price for your custom patches, whether you’re ordering single custom patches in the UK, custom velcro patches, or patches with no minimum order requirements.
